Anyone who believes in any or all of the following values  regardless of His or Her racial origin, Skin color or whether born in a Hindu family or not,  nor has a Hindu name IS a Hindu.

3, Non-Violance (Ahinsa) except for Self Defence and protect ones own self and Vegetarianism
 
4, FreedOM of choice in choosing the Spiritual path
 
5, Respect and Equal status for Women
 
is automatically a HINDU by conviction
